The above Shipping and Handling cost are estimates and are based on shipping within the USA. If your merchandise will be shipped out of the USA please email for additional charges. You will be able to view your shipping cost during the checkout process before you submit payment. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Most items will be shipped imediatly and will arrove sooner but extra time is allocated for items that require crating or other special circumstances. Limited edition bronze sculptures take longer as they have to first be produced at the local foundry. If you need your item sooner please email for a more accurate shipping time line before purchasing the merchandise.

Return Policy
In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and request a refund, the item must be returned within 10 days from when it was received. Paxton Fine Art will refund the purchase price minus any PayPal fees in cured if the merchandise was purchased using PayPal processing. The customer is also expected to insure for the full value and pay all shipping cost of the merchandise being returned to Paxton Fine Art. Merchandise needs to be returned in the original packaging, noting how it was initially packaged to minimize damages during shipping. Once the returned Merchandise is received by Paxton Fine Art and seen to be free of any damages or alteration from its original condition, a refund will be issued*. If the returned merchandise is found to be damaged or altered from its original condition, further investigation will be implemented before a refund can be given. All returned merchandise should be shipped to Paxton Fine Art, 1166 Barbara Court, Seaside CA 93955. Please do not return merchandise until you have contacted us and received a conformation email to do so. Paxton Fine Art reserves the right to alter its return policy at any time. It is the choice of Paxton Fine Art to not grant a refund if it sees cause to do so.
*Customers can also choose a refund in the form of a store credit or an exchange for another product.
Damaged Merchandise
If your merchandise arrives damaged in any way please email Paxton Fine Art immediately. Save all of the original packaging and take photos of the damaged area and packaging if possible. You will receive further instructions from us.
